- Easy-to-use - It has never been easier to complete a task with a MFD than with the ApeosWare My Document Portal application.
- Personalised - Administrative resources are saved by the decentralisation of user configurations and settings. Much more flexibility is offered to users in applying their own settings in using the MFD.
- Expandable - Integration with internal business processes is made possible by “connecting” to various IT systems with continuous development and the availability of an application programming interface (API).

| The Ultimate, Unified Document Portal for ApeosPort Devices
The Challenges of Today's Office Environment
- Multi-function devices (MFDs) have too many document processing features and are usually hard to use, configure and administer.
- The universal configurations and settings of a MFD do not suit individual requirements, e.g. language display, favourite buttons, etc.
- The configurations and settings of each MFD are not synchronized with each other. Once a setting is changed, it has to be updated to all MFDs separately.
- The setting of scanning workflows is complicated and involves too many IT administration resources to maintain.
- MFD platforms usually cannot be customised or connected to other IT systems and internal processes.
- Document storage, printing and access functions are limited without enough security controls.
