Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) Anti-epidemic Remote Business Solution

Programme Background
With the second round of Anti-epidemic Fund measures,the Innovation and Technology Bureau (ITB) have introduced the Distance Business Programme (D-Biz) to subsidize qualified enterprises^ to continue their remote businesses and services through the adoption of IT solutions.

Application Period
The programme opens for application from 18th May to 31st October for a period of six months. 

 

Funding Amount 
  • Applicants can seek 100% funding support and apply at the same time, to purchase and adopt information and technological solutions including related training expenses (capped at 10 % of solution cost);
  • Each IT solution with related training expenses is subject to a cap of HK$100,000;
  • Each enterprise^ can be granted at most HK$300,000;
  • An initial payment of 30% of the approved funding amount is payable to a designated bank account after the application has been approved.

How to Apply
From 18 May 2020, the D-biz programme is open for applications. You can directly apply through HKPC, and ITB is responsible for assisting and handling applications. By using the quick approval method, business enterprise will receive an application result within 10 days of submission of the required documents. 

^all private enterprises (except listed companies, statutory bodies and NGOs funded by the Government) are eligible to apply. Qualified enterprises must have a valid Business Registration Certificate with business commencing before 1st January 2020 and have substantive business operations in the related industry at the time of application.
