Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) interviewed close to 500 businesses in Hong Kong in November 2016, where 64.3% respondents were found to be facing various information technology-related challenges. The top 3 challenges relate to information security risk management (34.4%), lack of knowledge in implementing cloud computing (21.7%) and lack of knowledge in comprehending complex operation workflow (18.2%). However, when businesses are trying to solve these information technology problems, they are hindered by the rise in costs (43.5%), lack of in-house expertise (30.1%) and inadequate professional knowledge (16.3%). Technical support for multi-functional devices has never been faster or more reliable, thanks to Xpress Support, which features Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong)’s revamped field engineer service team and enhanced one-touch support services on Smart Device 2.0.
