Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) to accelerate growth in IoT era

Smart Device 2.0 and a series of cloud services and solutions to empower enterprises with innovative technologies and boost business performance

A survey indicates that officer workers spend on average 20% of their time daily handling documents[3] in other words, one fifth of manpower is spent on this matter. Based on the median household income in Hong Kong[4], a 100-people small-to-medium business spends over HK$3 million per year on handling documents, therefore a document management solution can help enterprises save time and costs, and better use their resources.

High level of cloud security to secure confidential data

Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong)’s Global Services Business recorded a 30% business growth last year, mainly from insurance and banking industries, a sign of its competitive edge on outsourcing and consultancy services. Through its cloud-enabled print management outsourcing service, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) has understood from enterprise clients their challenges around cloud security and is therefore actively offering a cloud risk assessment framework for cloud vendors. This framework integrates various stringent international standards, including Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and more. Together with unique technologies from Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong), the framework standardizes cloud security management and monitoring, so enterprises can further understand cloud vendors and users’ practice to achieve a high level of security and prevent confidential data breach.


Recently, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) actively reacted to the HK$500 million Technology Voucher Program, launched by the Innovation and Technology Commission to help local small and medium businesses (SMEs) make better use of technological services and solutions. To complement this program, Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) is offering a one-stop-shop Technology Voucher Program consultation service to encourage the use of funding, accelerate SMEs’ upgrade and transformation, increase competitive edge and accelerate their entry into the IoT era.
