Total Service Provider

Service Support Hours

  • Our Full Service Maintenance Agreement (FSMA) customers can enjoy service coverage from 9:00am to 5:30pm from Monday to Friday, and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday except public holidays.
  • Office Products Support - recover machine breakdown troubles for companies along MTR city routes within four business hours on average upon receiving service requests from customers.
  • Production Printing Systems Support - arrive at the customer’s machine installation site for onsite maintenance service within two business hours on average upon receiving service requests from customers.
  • Extended support hours can be provided at a charged and pre-arranged basis. Please contact your account manager or Customer Support Centre for details:

One-stop Customer Support Centre

  • Perform 1st call resolution, it could be benefited to customer to speedy the machine uptime.
  • Daily enquires, user training enquiry, consumables, paper and supplies orders are handled via hotlines, fax and emails.
  • Second-line technical support for forwarding of calls to technical experts for solving issues from software, hardware, system connectivity, printing, driver setup to document printing.

We provides convenient consumable delivery and collection service* for our customers, please contact our Customer Support Centre for service arrangement:

If we could receive your phone order on or before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) / 11:00am (Saturday), we would arrange the delivery or collection services on next working day# (or on a predefined date for outskirts area). We hope this service could minimize your space in keeping the excess consumable items.

It would be highly appreciated if you could provide accurate quantity of the collection items in the phone order. It could help our delivery team to well prepare for the smooth collection service.

* Collection service covers used spare parts/Wasted consumables of printing and copying machines, such as toners, cartridges, CRU, and fuser oil bottles
#Only HK Island & Kowloon Areas will be covered for Saturday
